No. Inquiries, tour requests, and RSVPs work through public forms — a considered experience with zero passwords in the way.
How do deposits and payment plans work?
Deposits and scheduled payments attach to each booking with visible status. Paid plans add a 1% platform fee on top of the processor’s own rates (0% for verified nonprofits) — every platform rate is on the pricing page.
Can our whole staff use it?
Yes — unlimited users on every plan. Coordinators, sales, and seasonal staff each get access scoped to their role, and handoffs keep the whole story.
What does it actually cost?
One flat plan for how you operate: Professional is $49 a month, Studio is $129, and Venue is $299 per property — with unlimited staff, your first published website included, and no per-contact or per-booking fees. Multi-property groups are custom. Published plans, add-ons, service floors, and usage rates are on the pricing page; Custom work and additional prepaid AI packs are confirmed before purchase.

Simply Weddings is built and supported by the Simply360 team on the Simply360 platform — the same people who do the data conversions and setup, not a reseller.
Do we have to use the AI?
No — AI in Simply Weddings is optional and off until you turn it on; the product is complete without it. If you try it, your team approves anything it proposes and still takes the conversations that matter with couples.
